Shipping & Delivery

I currently ship via USPS and UPS in the U.S.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped on business days. (Monday-Friday)

Processing may take up to 3-5 business days. Delivery may take 2-5 business days. Orders will not be shipped or processed Saturday or Sunday. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.

What if I want to pick up my order?

If you are local to the Chicago area and would like to pick up, please contact me at Contact@MaiTaiCreations.com after you place your order and we can arrange a pickup date and time.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Unfortunately, MaiTai Creations has no control after handling your shipment over to the carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

If you believe your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of your package's arrival. I will do my best to resolve any issues.
